How Do We Get Here?

If you are traveling from San Jose in the North, take Highway 17, thru San Jose to Santa Cruz and connect with Highway 1 that takes you directly to the Monterey Peninsula.

If you are traveling from Los Angeles in the South, follow Interstate 5 north until you arrive at Highway152. Take Highway 152 and continue to Highway 156 and then to Highway 101. Follow 101 south to Highway 156 again and then to Highway 1 to the Monterey Peninsula.

Take a look here http://www.obigsur.com  before you travel down the coast and check out the local weather. It can be much much different in Big Sur than in Monterey.

Pebble Beach has webcams so you can see the weather on the golf courses and on 17 Mile Drive.
